The key to success is keeping your resources all in one place! 

In addition to my long list of arms and abs workout on the Notes app, which I can access on my iPhone or MacBook; I’m collecting some workout demos (not by me, of course) to refer to regularly and have readily accessible anytime I’m able to squeeze in a workout. To keep myself moving, I’ve invested in an extra home exercise equipment {a kettlebell,  set of dumbbells and exercise mat} to squeeze in as much workouts in between class and rotations.
