cottage cheese protein pancakes

I bought this cookies & creme protein powder from Muscle Milk recently and didn’t end up liking the way it tasted, even though I love cookies and cream. I decided to use it to make cottage cheese pancakes since I also had leftover cottage cheese. How convenient! The combination of flavors tasted great! Using cottage cheese sounded weird to me at first, but it really gives them the perfect texture. They turned out really tasty and moist! They freeze and reheat in the toaster well, too. : )

They were also made with:

  • ½ cup raw oats {blended}
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder.
